Lessor – the owner of the leased item, the party granting the lease.
Lessee – the user of the leased item, the party receiving the lease.
Parties – the Lessor and the Lessee.
Agreement – a written contract between the Parties for the use of the leased item.
Leased Item – equipment, devices, and other inventory specified in the Agreement.
Subject of the Agreement
The lease relationship begins with the execution of the Agreement between the Parties.

Term and Conditions
The lease begins on the date the equipment is received and ends upon its return.
Lease day: the first day is the handover day; the last day is the return day (if returned after 10:00, the previous day is considered the final lease day).
Maximum lease term – 60 days, unless otherwise specified in the Agreement.
In case of exceeding the term, the Lessee shall pay triple the standard fee.
Handover and Return
The Lessee must inspect the equipment upon receipt and report any deficiencies within 2 days.
The equipment must be returned in the condition it was received, excluding normal wear and tear.
The return is confirmed by the Parties’ signatures.
In case of non-compliance, the Lessor has the right to demand compensation.
Equipment not returned within 10 days shall be considered lost.
The Lessor has the right to refuse acceptance if the equipment is damaged.
Lease Fee
Determined according to the current price list, including VAT.
The fee covers only temporary use and does not include: installation, transportation, storage, setup, or dismantling.
Payment can be made in cash or via bank transfer.
Obligations of the Parties
Lessee
Use the equipment in accordance with established rules.
Follow safety regulations and written instructions.
Contact the Lessor in case of any issues.
Not repair, modify, or transfer the equipment to a third party without the Lessor’s written consent.
Ensure technical maintenance and safe storage.
Return the equipment in accordance with the Agreement.
Lessor
Deliver the equipment at the agreed time and place.
Ensure the equipment is in proper working condition.
Provide necessary information regarding lease rules, fees, and technical condition.
Liability
Any damage caused by a Party’s breach is fully borne by the breaching Party at the moment of breach.
The Lessee is responsible for loss or damage to the equipment (except for normal wear and tear).
The Lessor’s liability is limited to repair or replacement of the equipment.
Termination of the Agreement
Upon expiration of the term, the equipment is returned to the Lessor, and the Agreement is concluded.
The Lessor may terminate the Agreement early by giving 3 days’ written notice if the Lessee violates obligations.
The Lessee may terminate the Agreement and return the equipment under the same conditions.
Additional Conditions
Additional conditions are specified in the annex to the Agreement.
The Parties may make changes in writing.
Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation; if unresolved, through court or arbitration.
